Misael has just crash landed through a few trees in the forest area of the island, which is a thing that really didn't need to happen, because Misael's already injured. There's an arrow sticking out of his left shoulder and one in his arm below that and one in the opposite thigh and his cheek is scratched and bleeding from other one that didn't stick...luckily he got pulled out of there before any more could hit him. But now he gets to add bruising to that list, yay.

It's a moment before he feels like he can get up and get a good look around--and good thing he still has his sword with him because wow he's going to need to lean on that...

And, of course, nothing looks familiar. He has no idea how he even got here...except that he probably isn't dead, so it's not that. But what's way more concerning is that he seems to be alone. Jinlong isn't here.

And considering where he just was, Jinlong really needs to be here, or else...

But he really doesn't want to think about that. If he's here, then Jinlong is here, that's all there is to it.
